These are an absolute must try! The pickle juice comes through nicely so, if you love pickles you need to give these a go.

Length of time from start to finish:
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
  • 5 lbs chicken wings
  • 1.5 cups pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (I used franks red hot)
  • 1 cup corn starch for coating
  • 1 tbsp smokin buffalo blend
  • 6 cups oil for frying

Instructions:

Let’s marinade the chicken wings first. In a bowl combine the pickle juice and hot sauce. Then, place the wings in that marinade for at least 2 hours.
-Now in a separate bowl add 1 tbsp smokin buffalo blend and 1 cup corn starch, combine throughly.

-Now preheat your oil to 350 degrees, coat the wings really well and shake off any excess, now fry the wings 9-10 min. Do not over crowd the fryer, I did 6 wings at a time.
-Once all wings are out, re season with smokin buffalo blend. Let cool for 3 min before eating.

Serve along with blue cheese or ranch to dip. You can use your favorite chicken wings seasoning.
