This is one amazing recipe if you love salmon! Make sure to give this one a go. One of the best ones I’ve done so far. The sweetest and spiciness from the chili flakes is just right.

– Preheat your griddle on medium-high heat.
-Salmon is next, cut your salmon fillet into 6 oz portions ( you can always buy them at the store pre-cut) then season them with your favorite seafood seasoning.
-Next prep your asparagus by cutting the bottom woodier part. Then rinse under cool running water, place them in a bowl, add 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt.
– Then it’s time to cook. Add some oil to your griddle or skillet and place the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 min, check after 2 min to see if the skin is nice and crispy.
-While the salmon is cooking, in a saucepan add, butter, olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, crushed garlic, stir until the garlic is nicely browned, then add the honey and leave on the heat for an additional min, then remove. Then flip the salmon and leave for 2 more min meat side down.
-Once you remove the salmon baste with that delicious honey garlic sauce. You wanna cook the asparagus for about 5 min while the salmon is cooling down. Get a nice char on those and add more salt to taste once you remove them from the heat.
