
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Traditional burnt ends come from brisket, but these burnt ends are next level. Little pillows of pork candy. Highly recommended this recipe.
Length of time from start to finish: 5 hours
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork belly
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup agave syrup (sub honey)

Instructions:
-Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees and then cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.
-Then, season heavily with your favorite bbq rub. Place in the smoker for 2.5 hours.
-Now place them in an oven-safe dish and add 1 cup bbq sauce and 1/2 cup agave syrup.
-Wrap them in foil and place them back on the smoker for 2 additional hours. After 2 hours remove and let cool for 10 min before serving.
