Lobster Rolls

If you are a lobster fan this one is for you! The creaminess from the sauce and just that amazing lobster smell, it’s just like sitting by the ocean.


  • 6 6 oz lobster tails
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 6 chive leaves
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 3 hotdog brioche buns


-Start off by cutting the lobster tails in half, season them with your favorite salty seasoning.

-Then grill them for about 2 min per side, grill temperature at 350 degrees.

-Remove all the meat and cube it up, set that aside.

-Preheat a small sauce pan and add butter, shallots, and lemon juice along with the lobster meat.

-Add more salt if needed. Then remove after 5 min. In a big bowl combine the lobster meat that’s in the pan, with mayo, celery, chives, and serve on a brioche bun.

This is one amazing recipe, you can serve it along with fries or roasted veggies.
