Double Fried Lemon Pepper Drumsticks
By far the crispiest and easiest recipe you can make! The trick is to fry them two times.
Length of time from start to finish: 1 hour
- 4lb chicken drumsticks
- Lemon pepper
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp dried parsley

-Preheat the oil to 350 degrees.
-Now, coat the drumsticks with avocado oil and season them thoroughly with lemon pepper.
-Once the oil is hot, fry all drumsticks for 5 min.
-Then, refry again for 3.5 minutes.
-Then for the sauce, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and place over low heat consistently stirring for 10 min. You want internal temperature of 175 on the thickest part of the drumstick.
