Smoked Pizza rolls

The simplicity of this recipe is an understatement! If you love pizza this one is for you. Everything comes together, the smokiness that you get from the smoker just makes these pizza rolls over the top.

Length of time from start to finish: 45 min

Difficulty: Easy

  • 50 slices of pepperoni
  • 6 Hawaiian mini sub rolls
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2lb cheese shredded or sliced

-Preheat your smoker to 320 degrees.

-In a foil pan or oven-safe dish, slather it with cooking oil. Next add Marinara sauce to the buns, after layer the cheese completely covering the sauce, then layer the pepperoni, followed by more cheese then more marinara sauce.

-After slathering the butter mixture on the buns. Place on grill and remove once the cheese is melted all the way through. This took about 35 min.

You can add whatever cheese you like. Make this recipe fun by adding any ingredients you like.
